'The staff were really annoying. On the first day, they kept coming to my room for every little detail, and I didn’t have any privacy. The next day, my breakfast was 40 minutes late. The bed was also not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell from the anti-mosquito spray. The food was very basic as well.

'Wij verbleven als koppel 2 nachten in een Deluxe kamer. Het kleine hotel is nog maar een jaar oud en in een geweldige staat. De inrichting is modern, heel sfeervol, en de lobby en het eetterras zijn open met een prachtig uitzicht. De kamer met balkon was heerlijk met een goed bed. Het ontbijt was zeer speciaal en compleet. We loved that the hotel was located a little outside of Ella proper, which allowed for connection with the beautiful environment and scenery while still being convenient to the amenities of the main town. 'Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos.
