'The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the suite had a full-size fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of food choices.'

'There was no hot water for a while the first day we were there. I had a cold shower. The floors throughout the halls and the room were filthy. Your shoes stuck to the tile bathroom floor. If you made the mistake of walking from the bed to the shower, when the water hit your feet, it was black. The carpet in the halls was filthy too, but they have begun to replace it. I certainly hope they replace the carpet in the rooms too.'
