« L'accueil est excellent, on se fait contacter par téléphone avant même l'arrivée. Les informations fournies sont claires, l'anglais est bien parlé. La propreté est exemplaire. En 10-15 à pied, en passant par le parc municipal de la ville de Banska Bystrica, on arrive au centre de cette ville très agréable à vivre. Les habitants sont partout très accueillants. « This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town. »

« On first view, Hotel Bristol is a beautiful hotel, well located, clean with good rooms. But...there was no wifi in my room ! Yes, in 2017, there was no wifi in my hotel room ! Furthermore, the light was not working at all in the main room, the water in the bathroom was ice cold (or no explanations about how to have hot water), the shower was in a bath without curtains (not really practical if you don't want to transform the bathroom in swimming pool), the bathroom's door had a translucent window...
