« Excellent hotel avec belle installation sportif »

« Great price. Good location. Clean place. Quiet rooms. The only thing i didn't like was the check in information wasn't clear enough in advance. there was no one to speak to when I arrived and just check my e-mail to see their phone number or anything to contact them and found out that i just received an email telling how to enter the building. That e-mail should be in advance for clear instruction. »

« Being above an old pub, we did no know what to expect. We had a love room that was spotlessly clean, a very comfy bed and a smashing bathroom. The staff were excellent as well. »

« Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. »
