'Beautiful quiet secluded place. Lovely host. Lots of condiments etc that were available and natural products to purchase. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Accommodation also included a sauna (which unfortunately we did not have enough time to use). Please note that the shower was over the top of a shub and as I am quite short was a tad awkward to get out of, however there was a very sturdy handrail to hold onto to assist. I would stay there again for the peace and quiet.'

'Kia ora! We used this whare as a research retreat to do some writing and some deep thinking. The accommodations were lovely, clean, and tidy. An extra nice touch was a load of wood being dropped off at the whare if we needed it, and a 10% discount at the cafe, literally at the end of the driveway, was very convenient and a lovely touch of hospitality. Thank you, Emma, for looking after the crew. Highly recommend'

'We had a very lovely stay. We felt very at home at how cozy the place is. Even if the house is at the side of a highway, it’s very quiet. The view is just amazing. The kids loved looking at it from both inside the house and the backyard. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re back at the area.I couldn’t recommend it enough.
