'This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Shelly was so helpful, and cheerful, and made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend these cabanas. The property was super clean. We stayed next to two great restaurants on the beach and they were also fun at night for social mingling with world travelers.'

'Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are. 'This is a very cool little cluster of cabanas and a bar/restaurant on a legit TINY island. The staff is great, the food is decent, and the snorkeling could be better, but overall it was a fun stay. We were the only ones staying on the island, which was pretty cool.'

'Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. It was hard to find our place at first, and even as I was sitting in my hammock one of the days, some visitors had to ask me to help them find their building. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at.'

'This home was absolutely amazing! My only disappointment was the weather and the condition of the ocean and the air. Apparently, I was told, they are burning fires in Mexico and also Belize has a lot of fires burning as well, so the air was thick with smoke and haze. It stayed at around 90 degrees fahrenheit, day and night. There was no tide, no breeze, no relief from the heat, no access to the ocean from the property unless you have a boat. 'What a great place! The Blue Diamond home is phenomenal, and Big Mac and his team elevated our stay to a level we have not experienced at any of our many other home rentals. The fun began when Mac picked us up at the airport in his party bus, and he kept us laughing and entertained on the drive to the house.
