'Excellent service, checking in was fast and friendly. The rooms are large and luxurious with a “Zen” feeling. Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

'The hotel was at about 20 minutes from the station. First day we took a taxi for 740 yen. On our way back to Tokyo we wanted to use the hotel shuttle but this wasn’t possible and a taxi would take too long to get there, so we walked. This was a little too far, but the location itself was good during our stay. The beds in the hotel are very hard and so are the pillows. Th rest of the hotel was good, so no complaints there and overall we were satisfied.'

'Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader als je het naastgelegen pretpark Fuji-Q Highland gaat bezoeken. Het is een erg net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer had mooi uitzicht op het pretpark. Daarnaast heeft dit hotel verschillende restaurants en een kleine winkel. Het enige nadeel is dat de gordijnen niet goed werken en rond 4 uur (periode eind mei) was het licht op de kamer. '

'We decided on short notice to switch to a room with a private onsen. It was fantastic! The hotel is a little bit older but very well maintained and clean. The room was gigantic and very comfortable. Our onsen was on a little portio with view of a green hill. Dinner and breakfast are buffets with a wide range of delicious meals. The hotel seemed to be pretty poplular among locals. '
