'Spa facilities is not recommended'

'The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintaned. The staffs were very helpful and polite. Over all I am very satisfied during my stay . So I would highly recommended this hotel to any one come and enjoy the wonderful experience.'

'When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you '

'Staffs are very rude..specially at the front desk area. Very slow on service, they need more staffs at this property to reach service area properly. Food also not up to the mark..very disappointed. '

'Extremely terrible condition of the hotel. Mattress and furniture in the rooms were extremely damaged condition. Linen and towels were in the were very sticky, dirty and stained, The room we stayed didn’t had a water heater. After arguing front desk, we got other dirty room’s bathroom for shower. Health department should regularly visit this kind of terrible, moldy place for people health and safety. '
