« The service team in the hotel is one of the best - always courteous, professional and caring. If you’re going to Yercaud look no further. When we were checking out, there was no staff to help out bringing the luggage. Shortage of staff was the reason given. Breakfast is okay only. Staff is okay for what they need to do.
