'We had an amazing four day stay here. We got a free upgrade to a large one bedroom apartment upon arrival. Everything was very clean and tidy. One tip for the hotel: the floor in the kitchen was sticky. Probably leftover grease on the floor. from other guests cooking Other than that, the kitchen had everything we needed and was just as spacious as the other areas in the apartment. Bed was really comfortable as well. Thanks again! '

The only thing to highlight is, the rooftop is only available for penthouse and the rooftop views too, and not if you book any other apartment. 'They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. 'Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy.'

'We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.'

'Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all.
