'日本海で採れた珍しい魚が、大変美味しかった。宿泊客が大勢いいたが、トイレが男女共用で、お風呂が2人用で狭く感じた。JRを使った旅行でしたので、駅から30分、タクシーを利用しての旅でした。'

'Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. '

'Our stay with Hideo and his family made our entire trip to Japan. Saying this is a vacation home does not do it justice. It’s more like staying with family. Family who take you around to see the sights, family who take you in and enjoys a meal with you, who treats your children like their own, shows you all the best things Japan has to offer. 'We stayed at the beautiful Kaya villa. Our daughter was sick during our stay. Max our tour guide drove us to the doctor! Yoshko let us borrow her thermometer and brought us cookies. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly - Taka our English speaking host exceedingly so. We also enjoyed the best dinner in Japan. Arigato for all the beautiful memories.'
