« The breakfast was fresh and good standard. Sausages were nice and a level above the usual catering tat you usually get at hotels. Staff were good and pleasant. The actual booking and stay was a SHAMBLES. The hotel had OVERBOOKED THEMSELVES. I had booked a room with a queen bed and the room was given to another customer before I got there.
