'I think Expedia needs to do a better job at vetting the properties; I booked this for my relatives for a short stay at Nainital and they absolutely hated it. It was a last minute booking so i didn’t realize the address is very generic and no contact number listed. Rooms and bathrooms were smelly and the experience was really poor. Not senior citizen friendly and no parking.'

'This was an exceptional stay. We met the GM Mr David who took a personal interest in our stay upgrading us to a VIP room which was exceptional. He was amazing. We really appreciated the special attention. Even gave us his baseball cap for our trip into Jim Corbett.'
