'Stayed at the Serai Kabini for just one night but truly enjoyed every minute. Beautiful resort with fantastic, landscaped gardens. Joined both the afternoon as well as the early morning boat safari. As predicted by the ranger, the afternoon safari was fantastic with many elephant sightings. The early morning safari, even though it was beautiful on the river, was less successful in terms of seeing animals. I would recommend to join the afternoon (boat) safari for your best chance to see wild...

'We hebben een enorm goede ervaring opgedaan in dit hotel. Al de maaltijden waren koninklijk, ook het geheel zag er prachtig en heel netjes uit. Het personeel als de managers waren super aardig en gastvrij. Heel goed geslapen op comfortabele bedden. mijn vavoriete hotel in het vervolg!'

'Property itself is immaculately maintained and historical. A must stay for anyone visiting Mysore. Though the facilities were maintained with modern amenities, it took you back to the late 1800s where service and luxury were in tune. Sparklingly clean, great staff and food was delicious and best in Mysore. I will go again and again. Enjoy🙏'

'Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!'

'This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. '

'Hotel, ambiance, location etc is excellent. So a stopover for a few days is very recommended. Safari-options however are not clear and insufficient supported. It seems that it is handled by "goverment busses" while other lodges have acces to private vehicles (Jeeps) which can come closer to the wild animals.'

'The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.'

'We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. '

'Value for money. Good location - 5min away from SGS Ashram. Adjacent to ATM. Opposite to a fruit shop. 2min away from Benne Dosa restaurant which serves great tiffins. Friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms.'
