Sød og familiært personale med stort overblik trods mange spisende gæster. Fin lille spa afdeling med pool, sauna og relax område. Etablering af ladestandere til el-biler bør overvejes, da byen Neuhausen ikke tilbyder nogen offentlige ladestandere! '

'This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities.'

'We ended up staying in the castle. Absolutely stunning. Big room, big modern bathroom. So lovely to explore the building and surrounds.'

'Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist extrem schön eingerichtet. Tolle Mischung aus traditionellem Erzgebirge Charme und Moderne. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer toll eingerichtet, modern und äußerst geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. '

'The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return. '

'The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and very comfortable! The breakfast had a nice selection. We would stay again!'
