'Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. 'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. 'The process to get to your room is long, but the staff are super friendly. Price was right for what was described. We took our shoes off in the room as instructed, but the carpet was pretty dirty looking; a good cleaning of the carpet or a refresh with new carpet would be great.
