'Close to Metro stations. Many good local places, both Western and Japanese, within walking distances. The room is spacious per Japanese standard. The only input is some English instruction note on appliances usage if you want to attract more foreign customers. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'I would give 5 if not for the breakfast that they provided, they will only provide a choice of 3 different grilled sandwich with coffee with Japanese breakfast standard they could’ve done better. But I will comeback again if I had to stay in the area. The receptionists are very helpful, they gave us an early check in once our room is ready, we were 5 so we had the biggest rooms with an open air bath, 2 kitchenette’s, and 2 washer and dryer inside our room. It’s walking distance to Gion, Kamo...
