« The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked! »

« Ce serait bien de changer la musique d'ambiance en salle de restaurant (du petit-déjeuner au dîner, celle-ci est identique, donc lassante) La mise à disposition de serviettes de toilette et de papier toilette dans les chambre est un parfois aléatoire. L'environnement au cours de la prise de repas l'après-midi et le soir est souvent extrêmement bruyant. »
