'Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. 'The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.'
