« Hotel avec de grande chambre avec belle vue, bien située. L'equipe est sympatique mais ne parle pas anglais. Toutefois ce n'etait pas un problème pour se faire comprendre. Le bagagiste etait tres gentil et servibale. Je pense que le service lors du check in, pourrait s'ameliorer en fournissant des informations pratiques sur les lieux à visiter, comment s'y rendre ou proposer des tours ou une liste de restaurant recommandé. « Mycket fint och fräscht! Stor balkong och stort rum. Sköna sängar och bra dusch. De kunde dock gärna ha informerat om att man måste trycka på en knapp för att få igång varmvattnet:) allt var 10/10. Fanns ingen frukost på hotellet. Lite lyhört för rummen med balkong. »

« Amazing easy and quick check in process. The entire hotel is spotless and immaculate. The owners are so friendly and always helpful with any need you may have. I saw another room on the 2nd day had a balcony and asked if l could move into that room and it was an instant yes. « They let us check-in early. The breakfast was nice. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It's definitely the best hotel in Cao Bang. The staff during the evening was very nice, however, the staff during the morning wasn't good (the girl wasn't friendly and she wasn't helpful. Her English is very basic). »
