'Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.'

'Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

'We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.'

'There were some mechanical issues in the flat such as the front door keypad wasn’t working the first few days. Also, the dryer in the unit does not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the elevator was down the first few days. Otherwise, the flat was welcoming and in a great location, it was clean and the attendant was very polite and quick to help when he could.'

'Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend'

'Excellent location and very nice apartment. Next time I would ask to have the view to the London bridge. Wifi works great. There is no breakfast included, no restaurant neither. You need to deposit 50 pounds with Visa on arrival.'
