« The whole hotel needs a facelift. Lift difficult to operate and had a strange smell. Shower needs 2 types of shower head, not just a waterfall with no shower hat provided. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Disappointed, expected slightly more from a four star hotel. »

« Although the room was small there were all the necessary facilities available. Robert the host was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The choice of breakfast and quality were excellent. The hotel is well situated,close to beach and resort centre and car parking is on the street but no problem finding a space. »

« The carpet in our room was so old and in places appeared to be mouldy… we had a tiny basin in the room (and no basin in the en-suite) which was partially overhung by a shelf that made it very difficult to use properly and was likely the cause of the mould in front of it. Our ‘en-suite’ was cramped and the shower cubicle had mould in the sealant and grout. The extractor fan did not work and therefore the bathroom and bedroom felt and smelled damp when we returned after a day out- it was 26...

« The room was a very good size the bathroom was a medium sized needs updated the staff was excellent there was only two of them the hotel is kept very clean close to the beach everything was in walking distance no cooking of breakfast »

« Lovely clean room. So good to have cotton sheets. We stayed 3 nights and slept so well. The bed was comfortable, and as the building is on the edge of Great Yarmouth very quiet. The boating lakes,gardens and cafe where opposite. We stayed on the ground floor so we couldn't see the sea but that was a short walk. Breakfast was very good. »

« The staff was very friendly and very helpful, because we put "do not disturb" sign outside the door so they even left us a note saying they would help if we need anything, and I find it very caring and helpful, and the room was very clean and smell very fresh and nice, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and me and my girlfriend I'll definitely come back!! »

« Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed. »
