'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'Excellent experience! Super friendly staff, good food, good cocktails in the bars, nice vibe in the neighbourhood and cool building. The only negative I can think of is that the doors don't have any rubber/foam insulation, so every time a room or hallway door closes, it makes a lot of noise at night.'

My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. I was not disappointed and the positive reviews are accurate. The airport transfer is for free and the service is timely and service oriented.
