'Room was very nice. Hot tub was comfortably warm, but the interior really needed some work and upgrading. Also, the internet went out for an hour or more which was a bit frustrating. The grounds are lovely and it is near to town. Overall, I would still recommend it.'

'Our stay was fine, the staff were great, and it would appear that the property is going through some up dating as there were unfinished areas in the room such as missing skirting and holes in the ceiling. The carpet felt mew which was a great feeling when you entered the room. The Rayya Suites in Paihia is a place I would recommend, however I would encourage the owners to complete the renovations and it will be a fantastic place to stay. '

Een cabin op een camping zonder toilet voorzieningen. 5 Minuten lopen voor een douche waar je ook nog voor moet betalen. Een stinkende hut waarin je moet slapen, rijdende auto`s, blaffende honden die je wakker houden. Hotels.com, schaam je dat je zoiets durft aan te bieden op een Hotel site. En dat voor 80 euro per nacht.'

'Beautiful estate with a huge beach to yourself if you are up to walking 30 minutes to reach it. Stayed in a villa for two days but there was no replenishing nor housekeeping for the second day. The restaurant atmosphere is non existant and the receptionist could have been working at a youth hostel. No personnel on the grounds - very quiet.'
