'The chalets are located around a lake with ducks and swans. Nice house with 2 bedrooms, a good sofabed, two badrooms and a complete kitchen. Very helpful reception. Sorry that we only booked one night. We will return!'

'We stayed at this hotel for one night. The room itself was spacious but very worn. The chairs were falling apart and the carpet was very stained. The biggest issue was that the shower drain was blocked and would not drain. This made the shower unusable. The hotel would not move us to another room as they claimed to be fully booked. They also would not send maintenance to the room until the next day. This meant that we could not have a shower in our room.'

'I would have expected a proper form of ventilation to the rooms during hotel spells and general circulation of air. The lack of air conditioning made the temperature of the rooms unbearable. Please looking into seeking solutions to this problem rather than using the age of the building as a reason to stop reinvestment.'

'Locatie van het hotel s goed gelegen. En op 5min van get centrum. Al bij al is het een goed hotel maar 160euro voor 1 nacht vind ik nogal duur. Helaas komt dit doordat er een beurs is en dan alle hotels volboekt zijn en dan gaan se prijzen hoger. De kamer is goed mits dat erte weinig licht is als je de hoofdschakkelaar aan doet. Je moet alle lampen een per een aandoen. Badkamer klein en het water is niet drinkbaar ik denk dat er teveel kalk was. Zodoende voor die prijs mocht er wel 1 of 2...

'Stayed for just one night as a stop over to the Lake District. Very nice and clean hotel just off the motorway in Lancaster. The staff where very helpful. Also free parking offered by the hotel. Overall I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay'

'We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one.'

'We were surprised on arrival to be given an apartment as we had only booked a double room. As we were there for a few nights it was good to have the extra space and kitchen facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We understand that this is a new venture and there were one or two things that hadn't quite been finished off but overall it was a good stay. We ate in the pub on one night and the food was excellent. Maybe one or two more options for gluten free....
