'Aruna was a perfect place to stay -- an easy ride into town but a peaceful and quiet reprieve. The rooms were new, clean and very comfortable, and the amenities were great. The staff was unbelievably helpful and gracious -- a few weeks before our stay, they set up a whatsapp chat to coordinate a transfer upon arrival and provide restaurant recommendations. It was so easy to get in touch for fresh towels, restaurant reservations and any other questions we had. I absolutely would go back to Aruna!'

'This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. 'The owners and staff at this place were so friendly and helpful, the entire team went over and beyond helping our first time in San Pedro a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, easy walk to good restaurants, markets, beach, and water activities. My daughter and I felt completely safe in the area, they have a locked gate system, for security. The room was clean, beds were comfy. We were in the pearl room on the 3rd floor with great views of the ocean. One tip of advice.. no elevators.....

'Took my 23 YO daughter to Belize for her birthday & to get PADI certified. The room was great (basically a large ground level studio with lots of windows looking over a tropical garden/play area with hammocks, giant Jenga, etc) very clean, well stocked, huge bed. 'Everything as advertised and then some. What a great place and wonderful stay! Diana (the host) and Crystal (housekeeping) made me part of their little family complete with assorted pets and animals (resident dogs, chickens and iguanas). And, as well as, inviting me along gor social activities such as a local weekly trivia game night. I have been to many guesthouses and B&B’s all over the world and this was a first rate operation.
