'Arrogant staff , they kisses into white guests only . Staff only attend to white guests with full attention . I first time stayed here , on-site restaurant food average quality & same staff focused on taking care of white guests. 'The booking made through expedia was not honoured by the hotel. I reached the hotel at 10 pm after a long drive from Bangalore, only to be confronted by a extremely rude receptionist who could only say 'No Rooms"!!. This is despite having a confirmed booking and having paid for it. It was most unprofessional attitude and unhelpful as they did not give a reason for not having rooms or availability in nearby hotels. '
