'This hotel was absolutely stunning and spotless. The room was gigantic and had all the amenities (shower caps, sewing and vanity kits, robes and slippers, etc.), and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. It was inside the Citadel, right in the heart of everything. The food and service at the restaurant were so good that we ate three meals in a row there. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and stay there again.'

'Nothing particular. Draft beer at bar would be welcome.'

'Amazing stay at Ave Alba, we had a wonderful trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful and it's a great location in Alba Iulia!'

'The smell from the kitchen was coming until the room. You have to close the window. The personal was sitting a the tables from guests to smoke. Not professional.'

Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist (Narcissa). At checkout, she belittled us when we asked for a company receipt and even accused us of lying about owning a Canadian company. Our company is fully registered and provides support to...

'Amazing breakfast, top notch amenities. Extremely clean! Recommend 100%.'

'My family and me were very well amazed of the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. We were so happy to have arrived here after a long day of driving. '

'Looks like it’s a popular place for wedding parties, which means loud music till 5am. Also multiple times alarm (probably fire) went off, maybe the system doesn’t function correctly. Navigation within a hotel could be done better as well. '
