What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...

'We loved the resort and the 7 heated pools. There was less chloride in the water that usual in The Netherlands which was very nice. The view, the space, the terras are wonderful. Everything looked beautiful but there were some parts of the pool that needed repairs because some of the paint had come of the bottom of the pool. We did not know is this was because of winter season or it was meant to be left like that but we would advise the staff to repair it, to make the hotel conditions from good...

'Over accomodatie en medewekers heel positief! Toen wij met spoed specifieke medicatie nodig hadden, hebben ze dat heel snel per koerier laten komen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat weinig medewerkers Engels spreken. Je moet dus soms even geduld hebben tot de juiste persoon beschikbaar is maar dat duurt nooit lang.'

'Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, tussen de luchthaven (5 minuten rijden) en de watervallen (1km). Het is wel zeer verouderd. Ook de kamers zijn verouderd en niet gezellig.'

'Het was erg koud in het hotel, snachts 6-8 gr, en geen verwarming in het hotel. In het hotel zit een "reisburo" wat ook gebruikt wordt voor boeken van transfers en taxi's; echter zijn die een stuk duurder dan de reguliere taxi!'

'Here’s the deal: the room itself was spotless, and the hotel was definitely clean overall. Breakfast? Delicious. Plus, if you’re heading to the Iguaçu Falls, the location is on point. The standout moment was the first staff member who helped us—early check-in, no hassle. But after that? The rest of the staff dropped the ball. Wrong info more than once, promises to deliver things to the room that never showed up, and when we went in person, they were pretty unhelpful. So, yeah, that was a mess....
