« Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. « It was too cold in this hotel, the heater started at 5 pm and stopped around 9 pm. And then from 6 am until 9 or 10 am, so it wasn't enough for this kind of room in a this kind of hotel with bad insullation, only a simple glass window. The maximum temperature was 14°C. I sleept with pullover !!! And particulary in the shower room with only 12 to 14 °C I will never be in this hotel. »

« The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle...

« C’est dommage, l’hôtel est beau, la vue est à coupé de souffle et la chambre était grande. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain délabré, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour...
