'Their checkin instructions did not say punch in 4 numbers then punch the check mark We sat in parking lot getting madder and madder before after nearly an hour someone texted us with the ✔️ symbol secret. The "do you need help phone numbers" was busy the entire time.'

'The place has a stuffy feel to it. Won'

'We enjoyed our whole experience at their cabin!!!'

'We absolutely loved staying here with our three kids. We had a blast everything was so nice. Joe was super helpful and nice!'

'I had a wonderful stay here — it’s an amazing example of how to create a comfortable, welcoming space while still honoring the beauty and history of the building. The owner gave us a full tour and shared the story behind the property, which made the experience feel even more special. The location is perfect: an easy walk to the historic theatre, great restaurants, and local shops. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with antique pieces paired with updated mattresses and...

'Property was clean and peaceful, even when we had issues she was quick to address and fix them. We underestimated the heat and wish there was a portable air conditioner and the roads are rough but we made do with our mini van in dry conditions other than that everything else was perfect. Thank you again for your hospitality.'

'The stairs were a challenge for my husband, but once up and in, we were very comfortable. The Festival makes all things great. Cheers, Ann'

'Great! As advertised. Open concept can sleep quite a few but no privacy.'

'Nice and cozy rooms. Owner very friendly and helpful The location is great walking to all events'

'Maddie is excellent, and so is the property. We had such a wonderful week here. Everything was clean, and the hostess even left us some special treats for our arrival. A lot of wonderful memories were made.'

'Beautiful room, great town! We'll be staying there again!'

'The cabin was only 15 minutes from the bluegrass festival, which was the main reason we booked it. It was very convenient to go back and forth between the cabin and the festival. The cabin was very clean! The living room is large and the TV/Roku was easy to figure out. The kitchen is also large and there was just about any kitchen item you would need. When I sent a question to the host he was very quick to reply. The step into the tub is high and a shower mat would have been helpful to avoid...

'This was a very nice and clean property. We loved the location in downtown Westcliffe where we could walk to everything and even watch the parade from our front porch. The kitchen was very orderly and attractively decorated. The fireplace was inviting had we stayed in the winter I’m sure we would have enjoyed it. VRBO customer service and Lauren were absolutely outstanding when I had questions. Thank you!'

'Very nice place and Bianca was a great host'

'Clean room and nice amenities'

'Great hosts and location is great!'

'Peaceful'

'This is a lovely property. It is very clean, spacious, and has ample space for games and meals as well as separate room for privacy. We had five adults from four different households and there was plenty of room for everyone and two dogs. I hope to visit again next year.'
