« Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. « Husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay for our anniversary. We loved fishing, playing pool and just relaxing. The bed is super comfortable and so is the couch. We have T-mobile phone service and very rarely had cell service and WiFi was spotty but it also stormed off and on all weekend and could have caused issues for the WiFi. Hosts were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had accidentally left the freezer ajar and the ice from the ice maker melted all over the floor and under the stove. We immediately contacted the hosts and they drove all the way over to clean it up, apologize, and make sure the rest of our stay went smoothly. They were super nice and responsive.
