« This house was the closest to the beach that we have had in our 13 years of family vacations at Emerald Isle! The host helped us along the way and was available by text if we had any questions about where things were or how to make something work better in the house. There were directions with each TV and with the thermostat to help those who were not familiar with the technology. The house was well appointed and the kitchen had dishes and knives that worked great, pots and pans that were easy...

« I don't remember staying in any VRBO that had a better-equipped kitchen. Everything, from sharp knives to a lobsta-cooking pot! And everything was well organized, clean and functional. Even spices or odds and ends left by previous tenants were helpful. The host must go throught he cupboards and intuitively keep only those leftovers that seem helpful to the next tenant because we actually did use leftover tea bags, a spot of sugar, the pepper grinder. Thank you previous tenants and host. Rave...

« Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. Two kitchens made it so easy for us to prepare meals for the whole gang. Owners were very responsive every step of the way. »

« This condo's location was excellent...a semi-oceanfront unit with a large space for 4 adults. The beds were comfy and the condo met all our needs. Because the beach at The Point is incredibly wide, the haul from the condo to the water's edge (we tried both beach accesses) took 8 minutes so be sure to pack what you need for your day on the beach. Love that it's not crowded whatsoever! »

« Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. »

« House was super clean! Porch was lovely. The pool is nice sized and plenty of furniture for lounging. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Very short (5 minutes) walk to beach. Beach was wonderful! Not crowded at all; kids loved every minute of it. We’ve been to lots of beaches along the East coast and Emerald Isle is a favorite. Glenn was a great host and other than seeing them one time, we didn’t even know they were there. Great communication. Would definitely stay again! »
