I thoroughly enjoyed all the woodwork details inside the house and the unbelievable sound and sight of the waterfall. My kids loved playing in the water and on the sandy beach areas. The house had everything we needed and more. And the king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We loved it here!'

'Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. A husband and wife walked in and immediately received a room. Unacceptable……..,,,'

'Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run.'

'This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot.'
