'The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It is a private residence with no signs to indicate a hotel. The owner was so kind and met us outside when we were completely lost. '
