1. I Loft Santiago by Upper Luxury Housing

Santa Marta

'This apartment was even nicer than we expected. When we first pulled up we wondered what we had done. But once inside….. omg it is gorgeous!! Spacious and beautifully furnished. 20 minutes walk to the centre but the best restaurants are the local ones in the neighborhood within a few minutes walk. There’s also a fantastic Mercadona 2 mins walk away if you’re wanting to eat in. The apartment is equipped for 4 diners. We missed a tea towel but that’s all!! Really lovely place.'

'Top Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, zwei Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Tassen, Teller Besteck.

'The property is really cool - and I think if you’re hiking the Camino de Norte it’s probably ideal. If you are driving this place is not easy to get to. If you do drive make sure you are checking in well ahead of time and drive during day light. The address in expedia is different than the one provided by the host. We were late to check in and the process was quite challenging. The host was very helpful with communication. The space was cute but the cleanliness was lacking. It felt like it had...

'The apartment was clean, on a quiet street, 12mins walk to all the sites. The bus from the airport 6A costs 1 euro will take you close to the apartment about 3 min walk, you just have to press the button to stop the bus when it is close to the apartment on Google map. The only problem with checking in is that there is absolutely no person on site. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made. There was extra duvet cover, pillows and pillow cases under the Queen bed but there were no sheets. I...

'I turned up at 7pm and couldn’t get in rang the phone number numerous times and no answer. Had to stay somewhere else in the end. The following day I was txting the owner and he/she said that Expedia were trying to can’t act me to tell me I had to be there before 6. This was a lie and since then I cannot get a refund. Hotels.com are just as bad as they have told they me tried to contact owner but because they can’t get hold of them they’re not pursuing it. I’ve been robbed '
