'We really enjoyed our three days in the La Corunna region of Spain. The apartment faced the ocean which was an easy walk away. We visited the nearby town of A Corunna and visited Hercules’ Tower before driving to Santiago de Compostela. There are lots of things to see in the area as well as on the way to and from there.'

'Es un departamento perfecto para parejas o personas que viajan solas. Esta muy bien equipado, la tele de gran tamaño, todo muy limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto. Cuánta con lavavajillas, aunque nunca lo usamos, microondas y nevera. El sofá no es muy cómodo pero es sofa cama y la verdad apenas estuvimos en el depa por estar turisteando, así que no fue un problema. Estuvimos muy contentos y por supuesto repetiariamos. 'This apartment was even nicer than we expected. When we first pulled up we wondered what we had done. But once inside….. omg it is gorgeous!! Spacious and beautifully furnished. 20 minutes walk to the centre but the best restaurants are the local ones in the neighborhood within a few minutes walk. There’s also a fantastic Mercadona 2 mins walk away if you’re wanting to eat in. The apartment is equipped for 4 diners. We missed a tea towel but that’s all!! Really lovely place.'

'We had a great stay at Casa Arijon. We were 2 families staying in one side of the main house and in an annex which was across the shared courtyard. Maria was very helpful and occasionally stayed in the main house whilst we were there. There is a massive lawned garden with a circular pool which the children enjoyed. Views of the sea from the very top. Parking on a grass verge opposite the house. It was peaceful and in a fantastic location for exploring NW Spain. A few wafts from a nearby farm...

'Its our little secret, so im not going to tell you the apartments are little house, set it very nice grounds, the staffing are great very helpful, local restaurants tend to be closed Monday and Tuesday. Supermarket are easy to get to, the apartments are at the end of a very narrow lane, There is a bus service into A Coruna, €3,20 return, with lots to see and do, and catch a train to Santiago. 'This property is all about location. It is not for everyone due to the fact that it is on a fourth floor. There is no elevator and the winding narrow staircase is hard to climb with luggage. It has a fantastic view from the very narrow balcony. The street is fairly quiet and it is a stone throw away from the Cathedral. The hostess Elena, is very helpful with questions and very responsive . She even called a taxi for us at a very early morning hour.'
