« The towels were terrible. Not thick. Hardly would dry a person. No carpet and the bare floors were cold. Breakfast was bad. All carbs. No protein. Just waffles and bread and cereal. Bed was very comfortable. »

« No, there was no where to check in and out at. They promised me a refund for an early check out so far never got one. No front desk, phone to call them on don’t work I emailed no response. Expedia tried to reach out they never responded to them for a refund no response. Staff was nice and very friendly. We upgraded to queen beds and only got 2 full size beds. Rooms were clean. When we showed up there was a staff room with a box on the ground out side with my room key in it. »

« The door did not close properly, they do not have the extra security lock for you, there are homeless people hanging out on the couch along side of the building, the toilet in the bathroom would break if a heavy set person sat on it, broken tiles all over, sink holes in the fall under the carpet, and best of all NO SMOKE ALARM!!!! DO NOT STAY!!! »

« Amazing mountain views. Very easy check in. Quickly accomodated a change to our departure date. Conveniently located within 2 hours of some of the greatest places in New Mexico (Santa Fe, Taos, Wheelers Pass, Gorge bridge and Philmont). »
