'Floor was completely engulf in a musty, moldy smell. Damp carpet, filmy bathroom. Lamp shades, walls, door trim as well as bathroom surfaces unclean. Coffee maker was scaly and shower had not been completely clean and if I hadn't sprayed the room with bug spray and off deep woods I would have had mosquito bites. Original towels were so dusty used them to clean the floors.'

'Rooms were small but clean and modern. Nice seating pad near the window. Overall look of hotel was nice! Fitness room had three machines that were usable but all had its defaults.. Breakfast was really good, apples and oranges were nice! Eggs and sausage/biscuits and gravy also. Management wasnt very friendly, no spontaneaous greetings on every encounter. Didnt seem very interested or pleased with running the hotel.. Close to the shoals which was good!'

'Nice staff but property is falling apart. TVs don’t have connection to cable or wifi. No maid service except they bring some yellowing towels sometimes. Toilet paper perhaps? Hey there IS coffee in the lobby. But the juice is orange colored water. My bathroom didn’t even have a shower curtain. Had to go get one and install it myself. Another relative joined us, her assigned room hadn’t been cleaned from previous guest. Place needs work.'

'Clean rooms, easy check in'

'The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else.'

'Overall plesant visit. Plenty of room and accommodating with our service animals. Clean and fresh inside. Needs ouside cleaning/treatment (spiders and wasps plentiful), some decking should be replaced, slow kitchen drain.'

'House was very clean and just as advertised. Close to everything you need, restaurants, groceries, golfing and the river and Wilson Dam. Had a great time with my girlfriends on our trip. '
