'First of all...the cabin itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Absolutely recommend getting the forest side! The mountain side is a cluster of the "motel" rooms, RVs, parked cars and the highway. The cabin at first glance was tidy. Then I noticed what looked like a partial foot print on the outer sheet. The bathroom floor was filthy as well as parts of the shower. They had a coffee pot with complimentary refilled coffee filters...however, all but 1 had been used. So there were 4 packages stacked but 3 had been...

'Little overboard on rules but yet understand...unit was clean...our bed was really nice and comfy.. all clean linens...got us a smaller unit and it was fine for us...other unit we got for our adult kids ...bed was hard and lumpy otherwise things were ..good...unit shower was good size and worked well and even tho the hot water heater is small if you know how to use a trailer shower you will have plenty of hot water...but they have showers up by office and supply everything you need...

However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. 'The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.'

'We arrived a little early due to weather concerns, contacted management and they got us in promptly. We had an event in the area that required us to book for 9 days. The home was tidy and appeared to be well cared for. Kitchen items were somewhat limited, but enough to get by. We were supplied with 2 Keurig coffee pods, great for a 1 night stay, could have used a few more as we booked for 9 days. No huge issue as we did bring additional coffee and a percolator, but something to consider for...
