« The house was nice. It was pretty pricey compared to two other VRBO’s that we stayed in recently. That said, there didn’t seem to be many options in Shelby. »

« Loved the hot tub! Loved cooking there and there were more utensils than we anticipated. We cooked over the brick oven and watched Christmas movies in the hot tub. I only wished there were more blinds. It felt a bit open as we slept. »

« Beautiful property, friendly host, clean environment. Really loved listening to the river at night! Also, not scarily secluded but pretty private. Good mix between camping and not camping at the same time. »

« I booked Belmont Cottage for me and my senior parents to stay in for a few days. We needed a comfy spot to hang out, cook meals together, and get some good sleep. The home is in a great location, nestled back behind another rental on a quiet street near downtown. Loved the Scandi decor and having parking spots right out front! Beds were very comfy. (Bring a sleep mask if you're using the smaller BR, as theres no curtain and the sun comes right in onto the bed). The Kitchen is very well appointed...

« The desription was 3 bedrooms it only has one bedroom. A bedroom has a bed, door, and a closet there is only one in this facility. There is a loft but it is for small child a grown adult cannot get into this space. The sofa is not a sleeper sofa. The place was clean the outside can use some serious yard maintenance. The surrounding area is not ideal for a single mother. »
