'We were on the 7th floor for three days. We had wonderful time. The only thing we missed were no closet in our room. Great experience and would give it 5 star.'

'Overall, the stay was fine, and the room was clean. However, we had to wait to check in because the front desk clerk was not available when we arrived. There were also a large number of guests being quite loud in a neighboring room and in the hallways. The following morning, we arrived for breakfast at approximately 8:45 a.m. and found that most of the food items were already gone.'

'The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. The milk was gone and when I asked him if we could get more, he huffed and had me get a cup...

'The bathroom smelt of mildew. The room was slightly less than what I expected from the pictures. I felt like for what the nightly fee was it should have been a little nicer.'

'Property was not what the picture showed. Room was not a suite which is what selected. Staff was not professional or in any hotel attire. Rooms were musty, bathroom not cleaned, bar area shutdown, sheets stained and couch stained. Wifi not working adequately. Outside area furniture was not functional or able to sit on.'

'Entrance was dirty as well as the elevators. The room was ran down. Cracks on the walls. Not clean we found hair in the tub. The night stand had sticky residue. They do offer breakfast but I did not go. Would not stay here again.'
