'Friendly staff'

'No hot water until after I complained to front desk. Turned the hot water heater on, got hot water after midnight.Phone not working in the room. Ice machines not working on my floor, had to go down to next floor for ice. Not a good stay. Breakfast was good, room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room.'

'I saw a roach in the hallway and a roach in the lobby by the water fountain. The pool was also dirty. There were bugs all in it and a freaking frog.'

'The property was located a couple of blocks off a major throughfare. For a traveler on a budget, this made finding moderately priced essential very easy and convenient. We had to make a last-minute change. The property owner was very accommodating. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The property was a great value. '

'This was the worst travel experience I have ever had. The entire place was filthy and there were dead bugs everywhere. The floors were so terrible, the water in the tub turned black. I had to buy flipflops to wear in the house. After contacting the owner about several issues they sent someone to give me new sheets and towels because the ones on the bed had definitely been used. They were black and there were white stains that resembled semen. My bath towel was damp which left me wondering if...
