Kies je hotel in Clay County

'The location was near the Interstate, but quiet and realtively close to family who live in Moorhead. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom sink water had very little pressure. The shower water pressure was fine. One of our rooms had a balcony so we enjoyed having lunch outside one day. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made/pay to order, likely because of the conference center so we elected to go to Village Inn instead. There are other food options within walking distance as...

'Free parking.. good airconditioning clean place slept like a baby. Friendly staff'

'Very small but clean and comfortable would recommend to anyone'

'Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published. I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall. There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses. I walked in the door he suggested to have the mold hit me in the face, I could not breathe by the time I got the property door. dealing with VRBO to...

'The host was great with communication. I felt like the description of having 5 beds was misleading as one was a single mattress for the floor and one was a pull out couch that we couldn’t get together. So one of my kids slept on a foam mattress cover on the floor. The host did apologize for not having this set up ahead of time. There were a few housekeeping concerns that we saw upon our arrival such as a pan of old fries in the oven, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and towels/sheets in the...

'It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again.'

'The Host was extremely effective at communication, with helpful directions to enter the apartment. Each unit was labeled well.'

'Property was extremely comfortable. Warm and inviting. Perfect for a family of four. Quiet and quaint neighborhood close to everything we needed. Host was available always.'

'We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen chairs were so comfortable, and the table was the perfect size for meals and for the many hours we spent around it playing games together. The living room furniture was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax. We also slept very well both nights—the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated how thoughtfully the kitchen was equipped, with everything we needed, including a cucumber peeler, serving bowls, and plenty of place settings. It...

'When you open the side door with a passcode, be sure to wait a little bit for the lock to disengage.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The host was friendly, responsive, and had excellent communication from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. While it's not a luxury property, it was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for our annual girls' weekend getaway. We really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!'

'We were in town for the Fargo wrestling tournament. The house location was excellent. Close to the interstate for easy access and only a few minutes from the Fargodome. The house was clean and comfortable. No issues. We will likely look to stay there again next year.'
