« Bel hôtel, propre, personnel courtois, poli. Très grande suite, lit confortable. »

« Nous etions de passage à portland , en route vers le mont rainier. L'hotel est bien placé. Les chambres grandes. Un restaurant juste à cote de l'hôtel. Un bon hôtel d'étape. »

« Business stay here on the last day. Easy access to the airport via surface routes rather than the freeway hassle. Hotel is pleasant and staff is nice. There is self-parking and ballet-parking, both for a fee. »

« The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on. »

« Je ne comprends vraiment pas les évaluations précédentes. Chambre petites et très bruyantes ceci dit très efficaces pour connaître la vie des voisins J'ai laissé ma carte pour une empreinte le réceptionniste en a profité pour me débiter deux fois 140€ plus 9€ pour un service alors que tout était déjà payé chambre et services. Pire je ne suis pas informé pas de reçu pas de facture je ne l'ai découvert qu'après consultation de mon compte bancaire. »

« The only positive was the lovely woman at the reception desk. But there was no pool no breakfast the bed was horrible, the lighting in the bathroom almost gave me a stroke. It felt like people were trying hard but the physical aspects of the property are terrible. »

« The staff was awesome, but the building was lacking. The Gaucho restaurant, 8th floor lounge and the liquor cabinet were closed.The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan and the glass doors for the toilet and and shower did not reach the ceiling. Great view and wonderful walking areas. There is simple not a lot to do other than consume expensive food and drinks.Dominoes delivers there. »

« I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again. »

« Niclely renovated older motel just off I-5 in Woodland. A great place to stay if you are doing some hiking on the Lewis River trail. Comfortable clean rooms and friendly staff. The included breakfast had waffles and biscuits with sausage gravy (my husband's favorite!). »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »
