'Exceptional property. The photos look good but don't do it justice. Spotlessly clean. Comfy beds & pillows, soft fluffy towels. Well equipped kitchen lacking nothing. Often 6 berth properties have 6 of everything, for example here there were 12 mugs so not constantly washing up. Cafetiere and tea pots in two sizes. Little extras like sewing kit, tool kit and first aid kit appreciated. '

'Extremely convenient accomodation especially if you travel for work. Nice and clean three separate bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen with back patio. Seriously surprised. The property might not look appealing from outside but the experience changes as soon as you walk in.'

'Considering the price, the apartment was ok. There is an air fryer, kettle and toaster. Washing up is a challenge in the small sink in the bathroom. Filling the kettle is difficult as it doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom! The bed was ok, but you can feel the springs. The TV didn't work as the aerial lead was damaged. The hair drier was dangerous as it was full of dust and smelt of burning. The views over the bay were spectacular. Ok for a couple of nights, no longer though.'

'The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom. While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. In this case the hotel team member Edward was above and beyond, understanding and empathetic, not defensive and making every effort to ensure a good stay. He...
