« Our boys loved staying at this house. They spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and swimming. There is tons of stuff to do outside. The home is well stocked and is even better than the pictures in person! »

« Charming really describes this house. It has all the things I love about older homes - wood floors, doors, and casings. The decorations make you feel at home. And the house has everything you need. My teenage granddaughter gave it high marks. There is quite a bit to do in Chippewa Falls. Irvine park is beautiful. And we always need to go to Olson’s ice cream whenever we are anywhere near the area! »

« Our family absolutely loved this house and especially enjoyed the water and all of the extra toys included! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 5-67, and there was more than enough space for all. The house is beautiful, spacious and very well stocked. We loved that we could sit in the lawn chairs and keep an eye on the kids while they were swimming, and the garage served as a wonderful game room to occupy the kids in the evenings. We would definitely rent here again! »

« Wonderful 4 days spent together with family. House is stocked with everything. Kids loved all the games, went kayaking, lots of lawn furniture to relax in around the campfire, pet friendly, no luck fishing, but we tried. Experienced the local zoo, mini water park, meat markets and a couple terrific ice cream shops! Great place to stay! »

« Good place to stay, nice and clean. My husband and I did originally drive right by because it was not clear on Apple map that there was a driveway to the property but there is! »

« We had 4 adults and 7 children stay here over the last week and it was simply amazing. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and off the boat where they caught some good sized northerns. The loons were amazing to watch every day. The bunks in the loft are a great addition. This home is very spacious and accommodated our large group with no issues. We were able to get a load of firewood from the neighboring campground in large quantities and that was a great option. The SxS trails were a nice...

« The property and host were great. The waterfront was pretty green, but the lake itself was nice. Big plus for big groups: never ran out of hot water when doing showers for 6 adults and 7 children! Grill could be upgraded, but otherwise basically everything but groceries was provided. Take advantage of the boat! »

« This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely...

« Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to...

« This is the second time me and my dog have visited. He doesn't do well with the loud noises from Wings over Wausau and where we live is right in the middle of that. This is the perfect getaway. It is always so nice here: quiet and peaceful. My dog loves to play ball and has plenty of room to explore. This is a great place to relax and recharge and get away from noise. Love the wildlife! Turkeys, birds of all sizes, deer and other critters. Our host is wonderful and so easy to communicate with...
