Room smelled, towels stained, bed uncomfortable and had a dead bug, AC took forever to start so room was hot and it was loud. Staff had no empathy for a person and his dog on a road trip and refused to refund money for ONE night, I even paid for the one night that I did stay. 'First night took 20 min to check in because no staff at the front.?! The next morning I asked a staff if I could purchase tooth paste. He gave me some packets for free, that was nice. Nicest part of the whole trip!
