« Had a wonderful time with family for the Holidays. The views from the home are beautiful and the property is peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the area and Noculula Falls and the Christmas lights in the park. We explored Rome Ga also. We had a wonderful time. we will definitely book again. « Stayed with 2 other family members for two nights. House was clean and adequately stocked. I would advise to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and such. There was some on site, but most people have their own favorites. There is a grocery store close by so it's convenient to get anything you may need. We had no issues at all. The view is great! « What an excellent little place to stay, we loved the quiet, peaceful little getaway and we will be back. Enjoyed the hot tub, the cabin is perfect clean and perfect for two and to bring our grand kids. The host was easy to contact and the surrounding area was beautiful to adventure out to see, parkers and waterfalls. If you make it into Fort Payne a must eat pale is Meal and Market what a treat ! Can’t wait to come back to see y’all again ! »

« These 2 studios were a great addition to our Thanksgiving Family Reunion at Magnolia Overlook! Beautiful design and furnishings. Well stocked! Overlooking the pool with a game/bonus room underneath! Easy communication with host! »

« Too expensive for the little space, no stove and no river water (poor scenic appearance). Took hours to cool down. The place needs a bigger AC or should be turned on in the morning of check-in. Plenty of cheaper hotels closer to restaurants. »

« The skoolie was such a fun place to stay! We enjoyed feeling like we were camping but also having a few more luxuries than we would have while camping, and Lake Weiss was beautiful! The dock was perfect for watching sunsets or water birds, and the location was quiet and serene! »
