'We were part of a weekend family reunion. The General Manager was awesome, helpful and considerate. We had absolutely no complaints. Hotel and our rooms were spotless. Breakfast was pretty good. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Glad we chose the La Quinta.'

'Motel is dated but room was clean and spacious. Bed and bedding were very good. Bathroom and supplies were very good. Shower was average at best. Shower head provided minimal flow and was about 6’-2” high. I’m 6’-6” so a little awkward. Breakfast was a disappointment. Told at check-in breakfast was open 6 to 9. Went to eat about 8, coffee was bad, only had 3 type of cereal. The make your own waffles machine had removed. No evidence there had been any eggs or bacon/sausage. No one around to...

'Hall way smells, bathroom light was like a strobe light, bathtub/shower was filthy, breakfast was horrible, don't recommend staying here,lot of Mexicans hanging around the parking lot, homeless people sleeping in cars'

'Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo .'

'Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off.'

'It was a very comfy place to stay. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Overall very clean. There were a few ants in the shower when we arrived, but they were quickly disposed of. The only challenges were watching tv when the ac unit was going; it was extremely loud. Be prepared as there is no garbage disposal so think ahead when cleaning up after a meal. Overall we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Would recommend if staying in the area.'

'We had a lovely stay in Galena! The property was spotless and every amenity was covered. The smoke/CO2 alarm was beeping when we arrived but it was just a low battery. We messaged the hosts and they told us where the batteries were and we replaced them on our own. They were also responsive to any messages we sent them. The property is less than a mile from Route 66, and many other attractions are within 30 miles. We would stay here again if we are in the area!'

'We stayed here again this May to do some fishing. The new fish cleaning station, wider driveway and outbuildings came in handy! The house is nice and it’s very quiet so we sleep good. We’ll be staying again next year!'
