'Everything was great! Only issue was one of the Door man closed the door right in my fiancés face.'

'Between 4-5 they had that ticket you could get for a free drink and had appetizer out for a social hour. I have never seen that at a hotel and it was very nice.'

'Nice hotel and staff'

'The Hotel is in a great location in downtown Charlevoix. A great place to walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants downtown.'

'Complimentary Breakfast at the hotel made it easy . Nice selection. Clean room. Rooms facing away from road had a great view and quieter. We weren’t lucky to get one, although we asked ahead of time. We didn’t use the pool but looked nice. Lobby had fresh baked cookies and bowl of fruit in evening. Easy check in and out. Would stay again'

'The accommodations were satisfactory; however, housekeeping should ensure that toiletries are adequately replenished, as the dispensers were nearly empty throughout our two-night stay. The parking facilities were sufficient for all guests, and the location proved excellent, offering convenient proximity to local dining and walking distance to the Odawa Casino. While the breakfast offerings were adequate, the chili was particularly noteworthy and well-received.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House manager Terri was a wonderful host. She was available and ready to make sure you were happy with your room. Our room was lovely. The whole house is immaculate. Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table.'

'Eerst twee morgens niemand te Hunden voor ontbijt. Ook in de avond check in moest via Telefoon. Verlangen ging sowohl maar moest dus ook via email. Wel wat Insekten in de kamer. Airconditioning is veroudert en Luís, moest ik uit zerren im te kunnen slapen. Koelkast voor je ook constant'
